The Great Spirit is the primary overseer of the Sol Cluster. He is the benevolent creator of the World Tree. However, He has a dark alter ego named Antithesis whom He sends forth to bring destruction.
It is not entirely clear whether humans created the Great Spirit or the Great Spirit created humanity. However, the Great Spirit complements the existence of humanity by serving as the idea of an all-powerful entity to look up to and to model oneself after. As such, while the Great Spirit has many different powers, the true extent of it is not known.
