Mr. Happy is the mascot that entertains the Gophers of Gophertopia. He appears as a jack-in-the-box with a Gopher head wearing a party hat. Watching Mr. Happy bounce around and say silly nonsensical things is one of the many activities Gophers can engage in when wandering Gophertopia.
There are similar mascots called Mr. Angry and Mr. Grumpy who serve as additional security to punish those who are mean to the Gophers.
