Skeltonar is an evil skeleton that leads the Skeleton Crew, a group of pirates and magicians. The magicians discovered how to create a super potion that would Skeltonar the ruler of the world. They spent years searching for the ingredients with the final one requiring a kitten to be stirred into the mix. Thus, they chose to abduct Zackulback before he was born. However, as Zackulback was born with superpowers, he managed to defeat Skeltonar.
Skeltonar would swear revenge on Zackulback by deciding to build a device that could vaporize cats into grains of sand. Thus, Zackulback had to travel across the ocean to stop him.
