Muke Boviker is a Bullseye, an individual granted with the ability to use the Cowse. He is the guardian of the Planet Moo, protecting it from outside threats.
History
In 1983, the No Milk Empire invaded Planet Moo, sending forth Dark Mooder to attack him. They had a duel, and Muke got his arm chopped off before Dark Mooder jokingly said that he was Muke’s father.
The battle anti-climatically ended when after Dark Mooder wanted to show off the power of the No Milk Empire, he commanded a laser to fire from space which accidentally hit Dark Mooder himself. Followed up by the ship that fired said laser crashing down and crushing Dark Mooder’s blown off head.
Muke just stood there watching the events unfold in confusion.
