Rasia the Rat King was a giant evil rat that ruled over the Rat Kingdom, located within a sewer system and a subway.
He abducted a young boy named Marco so that he could cook and eat him, but he was stopped by Marco’s robotic creations Ghanmd and Dmnahg.
Rasia is cruel and psychotic. He also tends to speak entirely in rhyme.
