The Planet Graveyard is the location where the remains of destroyed worlds gather. Those who are on a planet that gets blown up or even those who are simply adrift in space will eventually find themselves here one way or another.
The geography consists of treacherous terrain and dying vegetation. A layer of poisonous, impassable clouds surrounds the entire planet, giving a sky a purplish haze at its highest altitude. Time appears to move much slower relative to the rest of the universe. Thus, anyone who finds themselves trapped here is guaranteed to be considered missing for decades.
History
After Gophertopia was destroyed by Lazer-743 and Dr. Scroorup in 2006, they ended up in the Planet Graveyard alongside numerous surviving Gophers. While it took them no more than a few days to escape, they found themselves thirty years in the future once they breached the impassable clouds.
