Karl is a mysterious demigod that the Karland universe is named after. He appears as a floating .png of a 12 year old boy. He experiences the flow of time differently than other denizens in Karland and as such, measuring his true age is considered impossible.
Karl creates worlds and stories through the power of imagination, bringing them to life. Though he posseses untold cosmic power, he still has the maturity of an ordinary mortal human. He can be rather silly sometimes, and he likes to play pranks, especially on Rusty. However, he prefers not to interfere with the affairs of the universe unless absolutely necessary as he would rather be a passive observer of the universe.
At some point, Karl mysteriously vanished. No one is quite sure where exactly he went, but without him around, Karland was left open to being threatened by invaders from other universes.
