The Queen of Gophertopia is a childish witch that sought only to create a paradise for cute, cuddly animals to live out her fantasies. But apparently, that definition only comprises of the Gophers. Using her magic powers, she genetically engineered the Gophers to build herself both an army and tons of cute creatures to play with. She has little understanding on how proper civilizations work, but her massive influence and magical powers has somehow made her insane visions a reality.
