The True Confessions of Charlotte Doyle is a sidescroller adventure inspired by the novel by Avi. It was originally created in 2006 for a school project.
Nearly twenty years later, it has now been publicly released! It has been modified from its original version to include modern enhancements such as a save feature and the ability to run on browsers.
While it may not be the most faithful adaptation of the source material, The True Confessions of Charlotte Doyle represents a landmark in Krayfish Entertainment history for being its first game to focus on narrative. It features NPCs that you can speak with and a variety of cutscenes.
