Los Ninos is a two-headed dragon that lives in the 18 Aragonia system. The male head El Nino controls heat and can breathe fire, while the female head La Nina controls the cold and can breathe ice.
Los Ninos will try to eat anything and everything including Eich-Tuoans. However, the two heads never seem to agree with one another when deciding how to eat their prey. Despite their constant arguing, their abilities combined often have the potential to cause massive storms on a planet-wide scale.
Lord Krypton made a deal with Los Ninos to send criminals their way in order to reduce prison populations. The legality of this move was questioned by other members of the Noble Gases, but Lord Krypton filibustered his way into greenlighting the deal.
